Capabilities

Technical capability from design to part.

Every decision in a composite part's life affects the next. Our capabilities are organized to manage that chain as a whole.

01

Composite design

What it is

Defining fiber orientation, ply stacking and thickness according to the part's loads, geometry and environment.

Why it matters

Laminate architecture directly sets the balance between weight and stiffness.

Potential applications

Structural panels, body and enclosure parts, housings.

02

Material selection

What it is

Choosing fiber type, weave and resin system against application requirements.

Why it matters

The wrong combination lowers performance or adds cost for no benefit.

Potential applications

Lightweight structures, impact-exposed parts, cosmetic surfaces.

03

Vacuum infusion

What it is

Dry reinforcement is placed in the mold, sealed under a vacuum bag, and resin is drawn through the fibers by vacuum.

Why it matters

Gives controlled resin content and more repeatable laminate quality. As a closed process, emissions are easier to control than in open processes.

Potential applications

Large panels, structural components, parts that require repeatability.

04

Vacuum bagging

What it is

A vacuum bag is sealed over a laid-up laminate to apply controlled pressure during consolidation.

Why it matters

Removes air and excess resin, improving fiber volume fraction and surface quality.

Potential applications

Carbon fiber parts, components where surface quality matters.

05

Hand lay-up

What it is

Manual placement of reinforcement and resin in an open mold.

Why it matters

A flexible, low-tooling-cost method for low volumes, complex or large geometries; quality depends on operator skill.

Potential applications

Prototypes, one-off parts, low-volume production.

06

Mold design

What it is

Planning parting lines, draft, surface quality and mold structure around the part geometry.

Why it matters

Most of a part's quality and demoldability is decided at mold design.

Potential applications

Pre-production planning for any composite part.

07

Mold manufacturing

What it is

Producing the designed mold with suitable materials and methods.

Why it matters

The mold surface transfers directly to the part surface.

Potential applications

Prototype molds, custom production molds.

08

CNC machining

What it is

Machining molds, patterns and composite parts on computer-controlled equipment: cutting, drilling and edge finishing.

Why it matters

Delivers precise dimensions and repeatable edge quality.

Potential applications

Mold patterns, part trimming, assembly geometries.

09

Prototyping

What it is

Validating a part for form, fit and function before series or final production.

Why it matters

Catches problems early, at low cost, before production.

Potential applications

New product development, design validation.

10

Custom manufacturing

What it is

Single or low-volume composite parts made to customer requirements.

Why it matters

Solves technical needs that standard products cannot meet.

Potential applications

Automotive, aerospace, defense and industrial applications.
